Charges & Insurance

Estimated cost and financial arrangements will be made prior to the flight. In the absence of verified insurance coverage, prepayment of the cost of the flight will be required. Based on the stability of the patient, one or two family members can accompany the patient on the flight at no added charge. Aero Med Express will accept cashier checks, verified personal checks, American Express, VISA and MasterCard, cash, wire transfers, or corporate guarantees.
